    Using aggregate with filter

    Hello everyone,

    I try to found a way to be able to extract my data with the formula of aggregate but with the option to filter first.
    I attach a excel file where the formula are all there but I try to be able to have the formula to look the technician name before get the data (Date of Visit) displayed. So for the first exemple, I need for tech name (xx.xx) that look how many closing activity and then show it in the board and the rest of the template should be filled when that is there.

    if possible, not a big issue but if there is a way we can remove the one that is cancelled and show Jan 0 - 0:0 to show only reel data

    thank you again for your help

    =@IF(ROWS(A$6:A6)<=$A$6,INDEX(Data!$Q:$Q,AGGREGATE(15,3,(Data!$AR:$AR=B6)/(Data!$AR:$AR=B6)*(ROW(Data!$AR:$AR)),ROWS(A$6:A6))),"")
