Finding Shop Location Depending on Where 1 is in Lookup Matrix

If anyone could provide some help to the below it'd be greatly appreciated.

The goal: In cells B2 and B3 we have a formula that scans its row and pulls the shop location depending on where the "1" is.

So in B2's case, it'd scan for where the "1" is in row B, and once it finds the "1" it'd pull the Shop3 name. And B2 would say "Shop3". In B3's case, it'd say "Shop2" as the "1" is in D3.

    Picture attached.

    Thanks
