Index Match and return mutiple results from a table

I'm currently using index match to return result in a table that have multiple rows and a Student ID column, and this works fine.

but In the table I have rows that have the same Student ID also and I want to return all these rows with the Same Student ID in my results.

I attached this formula in a text file as when I post it in the forum, it does not allow me to post the thread.

Try attaching a sample Excel workbook with the formula in it, by following the instructions in the yellow banner at the top of the screen.
