To Substitute Text

Hello!

I have this attached file here.

I have three columns in there.

There is a list of names repeated in one column.

In another column are its unique names, not repeated.

Third column has different names that should be replaced with.

Basically, I want the repeated columns names to be replaced with the third column provided.

I want to do this using a formula.

I think the file is pretty self-explanatory.
