    Value look up based on time periods and a number of criteria

    Hello and thank you for giving this a look.

    I'm having a hard time trying to pull the % amount from the '% Lookup' tab into the 'Data' tab based on the applicable time frame, branch, country, and type. Hoping someone here with more advanced skills can assist. My file is attached, please let me know if I need to clarify anything. Any help I can get is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you,
    Yev

    Data

    E2=SUMPRODUCT(('% Lookup'!$A$2:$A$20=Data!$A2)*('% Lookup'!$B$2:$B$20=Data!$B2)*('% Lookup'!$C$2:$C$20=Data!$C2)*('% Lookup'!$D$2:$D$20<=Data!$D2)*('% Lookup'!$E$2:$E$20>=Data!$D2)*('% Lookup'!$F$1:$J$1=Data!E$1)*('% Lookup'!$F$2:$J$20))

    Copy across and down

    In the data sheet I put the same headings as the Lookup sheet.
    I changed the blue dates in the Lookup sheet
