Sorting Dynamic List based on a hierachy

    Hi all,

Would really appreciate the help been stuck on solving this and I apologize if this is super long winded and confusing.

So, I have a database of parts with its details in Column A till J.

With an input filter in column M which allows you to extract data based on multiple criteria. All those works.

Now, I have a certain hierarchy on how the incoming list should be portrayed as shown in column F which would should organize the dynamic list output in column P. based on its hierarchy in Column F.

The outgoing list on the other hand needs to be sorted in a different hierarchy as shown in column G which would output in column T.

Not sure if microsoft excel is capable of doing so, but i really hope it could.

Thanks and appreciate all the help.

Are you still using Excel 2010 or something newer?

accept it with Ctrl+Shift+Enter (not just Enter as usual) as it is array formula (you should spot {} around after entered.

Sweet KOKOSEK, the function works perfectly. Quick question though if you dont mind. What does that section of 10^10 mean?

    Sorry if it sounds dumb

    There is no dumb question.
We are using SMALL function so in case of false result of IF, I would like to be sure that value is quite huge.
