    Calculate the number of unique NAMEs based on category and CODE

    Example
    H3 only counts two reasons because there are repetitions, all repetitions are counted as one, please see this picture

    H3:J4 Final Result



    Can someone please help me ? It would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
