Formula to lookup multiple names with a criteria

    Hi,

I hope someone here can help me. I am struggling with finding a right formula to lookup the data i need.

    Attached the example spreadsheet.

Basically i need a lookup formula

so on 26/07/2021 - a formula to bring up all the names that has number greater than 0 on the 26/07/2021 and also a split by department.

    Appreciated if anyone can help.

    Thanks
    Sansan

    Re: Lookup Formula

    with "ADD" in F1

    in F2 and copy down

    =IFERROR(INDEX($A$2:$A$100,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$1:$A$100)/($B$2:$B$1000=F$1)/($C$2:$C$100>0),ROWS($1:1))),"")

    results for 26/07/2021

Add departments in row 1 (G1, H1 ...) and copy formula across

change BOLD TO D:D for next date

Can you update your profile as i believe you have a later version of Excel which may have functionality to join the names.
