Sum a range of rows in a column on another sheet but stipulating which column from a cell

Hi

I was wondering if there is a way to sum a range of data (rows in a column starting from R9 to bottom of sheet) from another sheet but being able to select which column from a given cell on the current sheet.

that way I can pull different data changing a single cell on the current sheet (the one the formula pulls to).
