Extract from Google Sheets into Excel

I have a spreadsheet that I have extracted from Google Sheets

On row 3 on particular columns there is a date and i need to extract just those columns into another spreadsheet so that I can use it as a lookup/helper file or basically just to see what days a person has worked. I cannot change the source file (I didn't create it and am not allowed to change it).

I have attached the extract file as reference.

Any ideas would be very welcome
