Need a formula to match and pull data from a separate sheet.

I am working through something that would require me to match and pull data from another sheet. Essentially i need to ID numbers to match, and if they do, then I need the owner's name to pull and populate.

In the example I provided three sheets. The first one is the main sheet that needs the formula for the owner's name. The second sheet is the reference sheet I want to pull from. And the last is what I want it to end up like.

Basically, if the owner ID number on the "main" sheet, is associated with a name on the "reference" sheet, then I want it pulled to the "main" sheet.
