Hi All, I have a list where need to find below
• Users who does less than 5 an hour
• Users whose reporting is not consistent
• Users who are reporting more than 10/hour
Can anyone please help me with the formula to find out these.

Welcome to the forum.
Your thread title is not suitable - I will change it for you once we have established what you are trying to do exactly.
The idea here is that we help - we don't do it all for you - so please attach a workbook and show us what you have tried so far.
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
