How Do I Resolve The #SPILL! error?

I am trying to create a spreadsheet that can tally up multiple number for different items required in one job and have a reorder trigger.
When I am asking the formula to check more than one column I get the #SPILL! error and haven't a clue why or what I am missing.
Any help would be much appreciated.
