There is no Excel 2017 - which version do you have? Is it MS365? Please update your profile, as it will influence the suggestions offered.

thanks. i uses Excel 365.
Cell E2 formula , drag down

In E2, use the 365-dynamic array formula:
=SORT(FILTER(B2:B12,A2:A12="ABC"))
It will spill the answer down as far as needed.
