Special type of transposition

Hello,

does exist a way to make a specific transposition captured in an attachment? (There are thousands of rows and original cells are color-formatted (colors contain additional information - I canīt lose them.)). I thought about strength of Power Query , but I didnīt find a solution. Can you give me some advice?
