Help on index match formula

Hi

I'm kindly asking for a reconciliation formula on cell M8, the current formula is not working well. It used to work well but when I rearranged the Bank Account it also got confused.

In columns J & K, formula IF gives you empty string in case of false. In INDEX/MATCH (col. M) as results you get values from Q or R where can be 0 (zero as value, not empty string).
So this:

can't be true because K8="" and INDEX/MATCH = 0

Put in J8:

and into K8:

then in col. M formula should works.
