INDEX / MATCH with duplicate cells

Hello,
In column O sheet test(2) i use a formula with index and match to get data from sheet Sheet2. But my formula omit duplicate cells. In sheet Sheet2 i mark with yellow the missing value. What i need to add to my formula to have the correct value?

What is the correct value that you want? What do you want to do with the duplicated numbers? Sum them? Average them?

Try using SUMIFS or AVERAGEIFS or....
