how to create Pivot Table using multiple sheet

You can create one using multiple consolidation ranges, but it will be limited in terms of what you can do with it. I'd suggest getting the free Power Query add-in if you don't already have it, then you can create a query to combine all the tables into one data set and build your pivot table off that.
