I am using office 365,

My formula is greyed out (screen shot below) Does anyone know why?

Originally I was doing my vlookup as "=VLOOKUP(B:B,'phish training'!A:E,5,FALSE)" but excel stopped me and said "formula you have entered may spill beyond the edges of the worksheet" and asked me if I wanted to do this instead "=VLOOKUP(@B:B,'phish training'!A:E,5,)". If I say no, then it gives me a #spill error.

If I say yes then it adds a "@" to my column. =VLOOKUP(@B:B,'phish training'!A:E,5,). Whats the @ for?
