    Sumif specific value in ayear

    hello,
    I wonder if someone can give me a tip how to count for an item in specific year. screenshot.6199.jpg
    i used formula:
    =SUMIFS(F2:F69, D2:D69, "banana", A2:A69, "1996*")
    but i guess i cant use 1996* like this.
