Formula: Only count "Y"s in Column B if a certain criteria is met in Column A

    Formula: Only count "Y"s in Column B if a certain criteria is met in Column A

    This is probably very basic but I am simply not finding the answer!

    I want to have a formula that if Column A on another tab is for example "region 1" then the "Y"s in Column B are counted

    So in attached on the Coverage Tab I want a formula in row 4 that counts from the practice visit tab: Ony counts the Ys in col C if it says region 1 in Col A.
