There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
Please have a look at the picture.
I will have a look at the workbook sample once you have posted it, NOT a picture!
Thanks for your kind help. Please visit the below G-Sheet link. At the output sheet I want to replace or clean " symbol

Is this a Google Sheets query?
If not, there are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample Excel workbook.
I won't follow external links to files - sorry. We have a perfectly good attachment option here.
Ali’s suggestion should have worked whether there are spaces or not, here’s a suggestion, click in the cell and highlight what you want to remove then paste it into the find and follow the rest of Ali’s suggestion, see if that works.
Otherwise as Ali recommend please upload a sample workbook.
The problem appears to be that the cells you are trying to clear the quote marks from contain formulas that have pieced the text together from other locations where the text has quote marks around parts and/or all of the text there... and you are using the RIGHT function to create the values in the cells so I think your use of the RIGHT function is also grabbing the trailing quote marks. You either have to remove the unnecessary quotes from your original text data in the other locations or modify your formula to remove them afterwards.
