Sumifs with Criteria 1 as range rather than cell

Hi,

I am working on a file where I need a sum of all the quantities sold during a month for a specific list of sales persons IDs as listed in the file in Column P. File is attached for your reference. I tried Sumifs but it's not working in this case. Maybe some other formula or trick might work.
