Excel formula to run a look up against two columns

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone will be able to help, as I've really been wracking my brains over this formula to no avail.

I would like to create a formula that can check two columns of data against another worksheet and return a value when it finds an exact match. I have created an example spreadsheet, so it's to show when column A and B are exact match with the second worksheet, formula to return the data into column C of sheet 1.

Please let me know if you have questions about the sheet or I didn't describe the problem very clearly.
