Inventory Stock Allocation Formula

Hi All,

I have been going through threads to try a work out a formula to allocate stock on my sheet.

I need to allocate the orders to the inventory stock, there are multiple SKU's in multiple location and they needs to allocate by Expiry Date

I have attached the sheet with minimal data.
