Trying to get Index an Match to return a value from a table, but getting no results

I am trying to pull a rate through based on a depth and a size. I know i need index and match but am struggling to get it to work.

Would anyone be able to help please?

I need the rate to look at the M/H depth and also the M/H diameter and then pull the correct rate from the Manhole rates tab.

I have enclosed what i have tried.

    Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks for the title change. Which version of Excel are you using? Does your user profile need updating?

Re: Trying to get Index an Match to return a value from a table, but getting no results

    Thanks Ben,
Could i just ask how it would work to have to match three variables.

I would like to make it check a pipe size too, these would be 100, 225, 300 mm.

so there would be different prices depending on the size of pipe as well

If you look at this Ben,

as well as the depth and manhole diameter it also needs to look for the correct pipe size.
