    Formula to look Column A and Column C and place Desired Outcome in Column E

    Looking for formula (preferably non-array) to look into Column A and Column C and place Desired Outcome in Column E. See attached sample file.

    =INDEX(D$2:D$7,MATCH(C2,INDEX(REPT(C$2:C$7,ROW(C$2:C$7)<>ROW(C2)),),))
