    Your title does not really reflect what you want to do, and you have not explained what you want. Do Blanks cells need excluding and how?

    yes, blank cell exclude form result

    Please edit your title so that it could help others who have a similar question. Perhaps something like "produce result based on value of two other cells".
    I feel as if we need to know what the formula should yield when both of the cells in columns D and H are blank as davsth asked.
    Should the corresponding cell in column K display 'NO' or should it also be blank?
    Consider taking the time to add to the reputation of everybody that has taken the time to respond to your query.
