Auto populate # of attempts and score data for a user

Hi ,
For a report submission ,trying to figure out the best way to represent this data .
Attached sheet has name of users with their score on different exams attempted .
An user may have a number of attempts for the same exam

so the data i want to show is this :

User # of attempts Final score (3 columns) . Exam should be listed as a selector or slicer data in pivot .

So any Exam i select the above 3 columns to auto populate .

Please require help from you .

**Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts curly brackets {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).
