Highlight cells if a range does not contain a date within last 7 days

Hi,

My department is trying to monitor when students last went for a Covid test. I have a list of student names in column A, followed by the list of dates that they went for tests.

I have used =C3:Z72<(TODAY()-7) to highlight tests that are within 7 days old, however as we go forward and add more dates, these will expire.

I really need to be able to highlight the names of the students who do not have any test within 7 days. So in this example, student 4 would not need to be flagged since they have a test within 7 days but student 1 would.

So A3 would be highlighted if B3:G3 did not contain a date within the last 7 days. I have tried a few variations on IF formulas but can't find anything that works.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
