Averaging formula with multiple criteria

Hello,

I would like some help with averaging cell values according to two criteria. Please find an example file attached.

Criteria:
1. Exclude all values between 0 and 0,2. I think I have found the solution for this, for example: =AVERAGEIFS(B6:B10;B6:B10;">=0,2").

2. Calculate average speed in column B for each Player in column A automatically.
Each player has an ID number. I would like to average the speed for each player automatically for a big data set with 800 players but cannot figure out how because each player has a different number of entries. So, in other words, I would like Excel to pick the range in column B in the AVERAGEIFS function above according to the Player ID in column A.
