    Extract Values into Column B of Sheet Named Okay

    Looking for formula (non-array preferred) to look into sheet named Here and extract in values in this sheet (column B of sheet named Here) into column B of sheet named Okay. Desired outcome is in sheet named Okay in column B with yellow color. See attached sample file.
