Shift Pattern Help - Names to Available Vehicles

Hey Excel Gurus
Here my Question.

Matthew
Mark
Luke
John

Taxi 1
Taxi 2
Taxi 3
Taxi 4

Can anyone help me allocate (using drop downs) Taxis to People (and limit me using the same Taxi for another person of course). Be nice to see what Taxis were still available too in a wee box I suppose. Obviously I have more than four blokes and four taxis but y'all get what I mean I hope.

I think an attachment would help. Is a taxi with a person for a day or do you need to look at hours within a day do you mean something like this

You have a list of all the taxis, but if they are already in sue they are not available to select? Try selecting in the yellow cells, you can only pick taxis that are not in use
