Need help with a Vlook-up/If Statement

    Hello,

I am looking for some expertise in my attached worksheet.

I need consistent formulas to apply the query rules from table on Row 18 for Performance rating 4,3,2. I need to have these rules applied with formulas in Min, Default, Max (Columns E, F & G)

And I need the value in Column H from lookup table Column Q.

All the answers are highlighted in green. I just need the formulas to pull from the appropriate tables.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,

    DMcVey
