I am referencing another page in the workbook, but part of my page will not work, Please see example and attached file. As you can see, from cell A82 down only the formula shows up, not the results. Cell A81 and up work properly.

I know I am skipping a bucnh of rows. The program automatically skipped them.. When I retype the formula's for the ski[[ed rows, only the formuls shows up in the cell, tht the intended results/

Where are these formulae?
Delete them - set the column formatting to General - try again.

You have merge & center applied to column A - unmerge and try again. Does that fix it?
Please see sheet "House Budget" Cells A82:A105 in the attached file. only show formulas, not result. Cells A2:A81 seem to be working properly. I retyped all of the formulas, but still get the same results. Am I missing some type of formatting?

Like Ali suggested the formats are wrong.
I did not have the issue until I started editing your formula.
This is what I did.
Selected A54:A102 and format as General
In the formula bar use
Formula:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Then hit Ctrl & Enter to fill in the rest of the selected cells.
While the range is still selected format as General Again.
Your source cells are Text, there should be no reason to format those cells as text, format those cells as General as well. It could be possible the formula cells are also picking up the format from the source cells.
