i need some help with my lottery formulas - which has been a hobby of mine for some time.
i need to buy 66 tickets (as this is the non-repetitive coverage of all the numbers, so which ever pair of lucky stars come up they are covered with 66 tickets) - although i dont need help with this!!
each row has a set of numbers that it selects from i.e.
Row 1 is always between 1 & 20
Row 2 is always between 4 & 33
Row 3 is always between 11 & 38
Row 4 is always between 18 & 45
Row 5 is always between 30 & 50
Also there is a distance of circa 20 numbers between rows i.e. if the number from row 1 is 6 the the number from row 2 will be between 7&26 & so on..
I have tried shuffling all the numbers & using a goal seek but to no avail, although the solution needs to stay true to the attached as all the numbers need to be included but shuffled to suit & if possible factor in the distances.
if its to complicated to shuffle all rows then maybe just 1 row at a time could be done?
