I just noticed the other two bits!!
In H4:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(ISNUMBER(SEARCH($A$4:$A$16,F4))),$C$4:$C$16)
and in H11:
=TEXTJOIN(", ",TRUE,UNIQUE(IF($B$4:$B$16=$F11,$D$4:$D$16,""),FALSE))
