I need help with my Attendance tracker. I wanted to only list the dates in a month then sum the lates. What function or formula is best? I also wanted to have option where I can see if the employee is on leave.

If you go with search engine, lot of attendance tracker templates available.
Secondly, without sample file, its very difficult to know your requirement.
