add column showing the number of times the unique name is in the list

Hi,

I made a table with employee numbers and their names. I created a macro that adds a column and shows the number of times the name is in the list.

I would like to add code that adds another column which shows the highest numbers for each unique number. Because then i have the number of times each unique number is in the list. How can i do this?
