formula required in cell H3 to add all "Peas" from a spreadsheet is it countifs??

Hi all you experts out there,
Please see my basic sample of what I want to achieve.
As you will see there are a number of entries for "peas" and I want to display the total available in cell H3 but only the first total is displayed.
What do I need to add or change to my basic formula in H3 to count the total in cells E3, E7, E13 and E14 please
