Hello, I'm trying to consolidate workplace injury data into one place. I've used SUMPRODUCT with some success, but if the month I select from my slicers has more than one injury, the formula can only pull data from one of them. Do I need to CONCATENATE or insert a date function into the formula? Any advice is appreciated.

Hi JeteMc. One last question: how do I duplicate the formula in the other sections of that same worksheet (Injury Type, Shift, etc.)? Does the +1 you added represent a column or row? Adding +1 to the other criteria doesn't seem to work. Thanks!
The one is added to the rows argument of the OFFSET function.
Remember to also set the row reference of the OFFSET function to 22, as in:
