    SLA met/breached calculation

    Hi,

I need to somehow calculate proper SLA terget time based on SLA window and on assumption that service is available.

    Data available:

CREATEDDATE - date and time when request was created
RESOLVEDDATE - date and time when it was resolved
SLAHRS - SLA window in hours

    Vendor working hours - Mon-Fri between 7a.m. - 7p.m.

    Example file attached.Book1.xlsx

So if particular request has been created outside working hours SLATEARGET should be calculated starting from 7a.m. next available working day.

    I hope that makes sense.
Thanks for your help in advance.
