Find value in a range and return column name

Hello, i would like to find value in a range and return column name where the value was found. This array formula works for me, but it returns ADDRESS, but I need column name
=ADDRESS(MAX(($CH$1:$EN$4=O2)*ROW($CH$1:$EN$4)),MAX(($CH$1:$EN$4=O2)*COLUMN($CH$1:$EN$4)),4)
