Fill specific rows with value based on a list of rows in a different column

Hi,

I have following situation: in column "A" I have a list of rows. In column "B" I would like to have those rows filled with a value (for exsample with "1") like on the example below. I know that with VBA it is makeable, but is it possible to do so using formula in "B"?
