Workday Formula and Calendar

I've created a calendar for my students but I'm having an issue with one of the formulas. I go to tab PART 1 Enter Planning Dates and enter dates into cells A8 to A43, the A4 cell in the Part 2 tab turns into a duplicate of A3.

Any help would be amazing because I have been looking over the formulas for weeks and nothing sticks out.
