Post Need If, Vlookup help to pull two different criteria's to a cell reference on another page

I am trying to return values based on certain criteria's

First Criteria is to return Cell L for K1 Machine and Cell O for WWTH/PH if Cell C & F = 0 (Zero)

Second Criteria is to return Cell C if Cell C & Cell F is < (greater than) 0 (Zero)

The formula needs to be pulled over to page 2 - Is a If statement with a Vlookup possible?

Attached is an excel document with data.

    Thank you!
