Trimmean Summary

I'm looking to run a productivity comparison using trimmean. I have a set of raw data that gives me a task type, a tech and the amount of time it takes to complete that task. I first want to summarize the trimmean for specific task types regardless of tech completing the task. I then want to summarize the trimmean for each tech for a given task for comparison. Trimmean is necessary to get rid of the fluff. I'm stuck, any help would be great. Thanks!
