Summarising Data

Hi,

I'm running sales reports and I'm trying to establish the date of the very first order but total sales value for all orders. The reason being once first order received we monitor total sales from this date for the next 3 months for commission purposes.

A sales rep could have more than 1 customer so I need a summary for each of their customers.

I've added an example sheet and on sheet2 I've manually added the details. any help with a formula to summarise my whole sheet it would be greatly appreciated.

I've added two columns of formulas - one to identify the first date for the customer - that one is array-entered using Ctrl-Shift-Enter, and a second to identify sales in the first three months. Then I added a pivot table, and a 5% commission column. Probably too simplistic, but.....
