Sum If with mulitple Criteria

I'm trying to come up with a formula for the yellow highlighted cells. In Cell N3, i'd like a formula that will find an enter the "Total" value from the pivot table in Column A:D that corresponds to the name in F3

So for example, Cell N3, would have a formula that:
- uses F3 AND the word "Total" (Essentially searching for the term "Affinity Total" in the pivot table
- Belongs to the Column "Test" in A:D


Thereby returning the value 304, (Affinity Total in the Test Column)


The same would apply for Column O—the formula should return 156 as it would search for "Affinity Total" in the Control Group

I don't want to change the labeling in Column F to include the word Total as those values are used for other formulas in the sheet.

It would also be ideal to have this formula work in Google Sheets.

Where is the data for the PT?

I struggle to understand why you need to go outside the PT. PTs are designed so that you can dice and slice them to see different totals.
If for some reason you want additional totals, perhaps in a different layout outside the PT then you should still use the same underlying data, probably with SUMIFS() formulae
