    Advice with LOOKUP function

I need help with LOOKUP. Some of the problems I have, are:
It repeats data when I don't want it to, until it finds new data.
When there are two results that should go in the same place, it only shows the later one.
I (am attempting to) post an attachment with an example form with the more simple LOOKUP formula, then the same thing repeated with stuff to avoid errors and zeros from being displayed, and then finally I show what I would like to see (or the same information conveyed in any way suggested).

I use the LOOKUP function, because as far as I know the apparently more modern HLOOKUP wouldn't work because it would only look up data from one fixed row, not a relative position (?).

What I have is data from mice with the various mice's dates of birth, and columns of glucose readings taken from the mice on later dates. My aim is to get the data sorted not by the date the glucose was read, but by how old the mice are when the glucose was read.

    Thanks for any help.

Hmm, your options are limited when it comes to returning multiple result in single cell... prior to Office 365 / Excel 2019.

I can't think of formula method that will meet your need.

UDF, or VBA is likely requried.

CK76 Thanks so much for the reply.
"UDF, or VBA is likely requried." Ah, no idea what they are.

Am I correct that HLOOKUP will not work?

I'm in process of figuring out a way to avoid the issue of LOOKUP returning the same value in consecutive cells until new data is indicated. I created a duplicate of the entire form underneath the working one, and I have
the word "REPEAT" put in cells in the bottom form that are the same as the previous cell in the top form, AND the cell not empty. Now I'm about to try and have any cell in my original top form become empty when it's corresponding cell below says "REPEAT", yet not if the part of the form to the left, with the original data says "REPEAT" (which would mean that the repeat is genuine data, and not an accident from my LOOKUP forumula.)
(Hope that's understandable). I guess that's an If/AND function added on to the giant "IFERROR" and "IF BLANK" that I have now.
